Important Notice: Effective as of September 1st, 2026, the Scarberian Homeschool Clubs membership will increase from $50 to $75/annually. Drop-off day fees will increase from $5 to $10 for members, and from $10 to $20 for non-member participants. Members will receive a limited number of member programs for free included with their memberships, after that member drop-in programs will cost $5, this includes programs such as Baking, Arts & Crafts, and STEM & Science. The Scarberian Homeschool Club has a $50/annual membership fee. Payment is currently accepted in cash form or by e-transfer. Our membership fee helps us provide club gear for each member, run our website, book rooms and schedule club events, provide free programs, supplies, materials, sports equipment and discounted field trips. Club members receive 15% off all future club gear purchases.

Conduct and Etiquette: Member behaviour: These rules address behaviour within the club, including respectful interaction with staff and other members. -Please refrain from using vulgar language during club programs, meets, and events. -Bullying and/or unnecessary aggressive behaviour in the club and towards other club members will not be tolerated. -Have respect for your fellow homeschoolers and instructors. -Please notify instructors immediately if you are feeling unwell or are injured. Dress Code: Some programs have specific dress codes for certain areas or activities. -Please come prepared to all club meets and events with the appropriate clothing based on the activity, and the weather. Use of Facilities: These rules govern how members use the club facilities, and public spaces such as gyms, libraries, community centres, rented spaces, and/or social community areas, parks etc,. -Minors under 12 shall not be left unsupervised unless agreed upon by the program organizer or instructor. -Pick up after yourself at every meet and keep all spaces tidy and organised. -Stay with your designated group in the permitted areas during all club programs, field trips and group meets. -Keep all personal belongings with you at all times or in a designated secured place.
