Club Rules & Conduct

Club rules outline the expectations and guidelines for members and guests.These rules ensure order, fairness, and a positive environment for all involved. 

Conduct and Etiquette:

Member Behavior:
These rules address appropriate behavior within the club, including respectful interaction with staff and other members. 

-Please refrain from using vulgar or offensive language during club programs, meets, and events.
-Bullying and/or unnecessary aggressive behaviour in the club and towards other club members will not be tolerated.
-Have respect for your fellow homeschoolers and instructors. 
-Please notify instructors immediately if you are feeling unwell or are injured.

Dress Code:
Some programs have specific dress codes for certain areas or activities. 

-Please come prepared to all club programs and events with the appropriate materials, and clothing based on the activity, and the weather.

Use of Facilities:
These rules govern how members use club facilities, such as the gym, pool, public spaces, rented spaces, and/or social areas, etc,.

-Minors under 12 shall not be left unsupervised unless expressed to and agreed upon by the instructor.
-Pick up after yourself at every meet and keep all spaces tidy and organized.
-Stay with your designated group in the permitted areas during all club programs, field trips and group meets.
-Keep all personal belongings with you at all times or in a designated secured place.
